RETURN POLICY

Returns must be approved by Orprise Solutions Ltd., CO. Reason for such returns must be genuine. Some items may not be eligible to be returned.

No expenses will be incurred if the reason of the return is Orprise Solution’s fault. If it the reason for the return is customers fault, we will incur some of the expense or the loss.

But, Orprise reserves the right to make fair charges for handling and restocking. Goods to be returned must be in first class saleable condition, solid case lots only.

Contact us at 681-265-2757 to confirm if goods can be returned. Goods approved to be returned you will be issued a Return Authorization code number. Returned goods are subject to inspection. The return Authorization MUST be clearly on the shipping carton and returned to Orprise Solution’s address within 30 days of delivery.
